Foundations

• I understand Grok Bot is the dedicated teammate app, not grok.com chat and not Cursor the editor.
• I confirmed my device in the platform checker.
• I confirmed access and weekly usage, and I know a SuperGrok link cannot be moved.
• I picked one playbook or wrote one small, verifiable first task.
• The Bot profile names the job, sources, and approval stop.

Safety

• I am starting with least-privilege file and plugin access.
• I inspect the artifact, not only the chat summary, before anything is sent.
• I keep passwords and one-time codes out of chat and use computer takeover instead.

System

• I opened Agent Computer once and put a harmless file in /workspace.
• I saved a skill only after a successful manual run.
• I have one routine candidate with a review gate, or I taught the path once on desktop.
• I added at most one plugin I can justify in a sentence.
