After one manual task
Give a Bot one job.
Then give it a stop sign.
Pick work you already understand. Every playbook gives you a first task, an inspection step, an approval stop, and a rule for when automation is earned.

How to use a playbook
- Create one Bot. Paste the profile. Do not add a second specialist yet.
- Run the first task against real, non-destructive sources.
- Inspect the artifact, not the chat summary.
- Correct the Bot in the conversation, then save a skill only after the method holds.
- Schedule a routine only when retries and missing-data behavior are defined.
Need a paste-ready profile? Use the bot roster builder. Teaching by demonstration is covered in teach a Bot the job.
