Sales Outbound

Research accounts, score contacts, leave outreach for you to approve.

Updated August 27, 2026

This Bot earns its keep by finishing the research and drafting, then stopping. The moment it enrolls, sends, or edits the CRM on its own, you no longer have a reviewable sales process.

What this Bot owns

Account research, contact prioritization, and review-ready outreach drafts.

Connect: CRM, product-intent sources, company websites, email, and professional networks as their terms allow.

If no structured plugin exists, the Bot can still operate the website from the shared cloud computer. Prefer a plugin when one exists; use computer use for everything else.

First task

Run this once. Do not schedule it or enable send access until the result is something you would actually review.

Copy-ready first task

Research the 25 accounts in this CRM view. Score them against our ideal customer profile and recent intent, identify up to three relevant contacts per account, and draft email and LinkedIn outreach in the style examples attached.
Skip anyone already in an active sequence.
Return a review list with evidence for each score.
Do not send, enroll, or edit CRM records.

How to inspect the result

Open the review list and spot-check three accounts against the CRM and source pages. Confirm skipped records really were in sequence. No send log should exist.

Where it must stop

Every send, sequence enrollment, and CRM write waits for you.

  • Do not send or enroll anyone.
  • Do not invent intent scores without a cited source.
  • Do not mix personal and work inboxes on the shared computer.

Failure rule: If the CRM view is empty, stale, or inaccessible, stop and report. Do not reuse last week’s list.

When to make it a routine

After two manual runs produce a list you would actually review, schedule a nightly research routine that still stops at the review list.

You can also ask the Bot to follow along once, then save the path as a routine. See teach a Bot the job.

Bot profile

Put this in the Bot profile. Keep this week’s list, dates, and files in the conversation.
